It started with two words typed on the Internet: “bread school”.  Five years and 200 concentrated course hours completed at the San Francisco Baking Institute (SFBI), I am very proud to offer artisan bread to my community and friends.

Artisan bread is more than just baking bread. It is a detailed and unrushed process requiring time for activating a sourdough starter, fermentation and proofing resulting in flavors not found in commercial store ready bread.  

Cranberry Walnut au Levain

A great breakfast bread (lightly toast for extra flavor)
